A look at this year and goals for 2025
Thanks to you and others who believe everyone deserves to spend their days working a job they can feel proud of, we've made significant strides this year:
+ We implement a holistic approach to poverty in Houston that integrates economic support, relationship building, and spiritual care.
+ We provided 45 individuals with the opportunity to join and complete our program.
+ We are on track to graduate 30 leaders in February of 2025, with 75% of them opting in for a spiritual development class.
As we look ahead to 2025, your partnership is vital to us reaching our new, ambitious goals:
+ Increase our program capacity from 45 individuals in 2 cohorts to 96 individuals in 3 cohorts, ensuring more people receive the support they need to succeed.
+ Enhance our personal development classes to further equip participants with essential life skills and boost their confidence as they pursue their goals.
+ Continue to offer our unique blend of job training, spiritual growth, and community-building initiatives, including our impactful Family Gatherings that foster connection and support among participants.
